Can I place an order over the phone?
Sorry, at this time we are not accepting phone orders.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately once ordered you cannot change or modify it due to an automatic ordering system. So please make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing including your shipping address.
Where's my package?
Please refer to your email for tracking information. Zildome is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Why was my purchase declined?
If your purchase was declined when using a credit card or PayPal account, please reach out to your bank.
How do I care for my Original "OG" natural Rubber yoga mat?
The OG Original Mat is made from a closed-cell natural rubber. This means it can be cleaned after every use. We recommend using a water-based solution or one with some essential oil. Lay flat to dry. Avoid leaving or storing your mat in direct sunlight.
Can I use disinfecting wipes?
Your studio may provide disinfecting wipes or solutions, but these may have ingredients that could be harmful to your mat over time (e.g. alcohol), so please speak with your teacher or studio regarding the contents; or better yet bring your own!
Can I put my mat in the washing machine?
Definitely not! We do not recommend washing in a machine.

Which side of the mat do I use?
The surface with the Orange Roll logo "Made with Yulex® natural rubber" should face up. This is the side of the mat to practice on.
What if my hands and feet are slipping during practice?
Things can get sweaty especially during hot yoga! Our mat was formulated with a performance grip but you may require a towel. We have used it in hot yoga practice without a problem. But, every BODY is different.
Will my mat change color?
It's best to store your mat in a cool dry place. Over exposure to the elements could negatively affect the mat over time. Natural Rubber Yoga mat washes with some essential oils will help maintain the color of your mat. We are also working on our own wash product -to be offered soon. Refer to Clean & Care section for more information.
